Hi, I’m Krista

I’ve spent years building a successful career in customer success and leadership while also navigating motherhood, major life transitions, and the constant pull between ambition and presence.

Through my own journey - and through coaching others - I’ve learned this truth:

Most women don’t need fixing.

They need space, clarity, and support to hear themselves again.

My coaching blends practical career guidance with mindset work, reflection, and grounded action. I hold space for women who are capable, thoughtful, and ready for change - but unsure what the next step looks like yet.
